Educational Use

AimFive is an independent study aid. It does not guarantee an AP exam score, college credit, admission, or any other academic outcome. Results vary with effort, prior knowledge, and exam conditions.

Your Account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and notify support if you believe your account has been compromised. An individual account is for one person and is not transferable.

Acceptable Use

Use AimFive for lawful educational purposes. Do not scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute protected content; interfere with or overload the service; bypass access or usage controls; reverse-engineer the product; misuse AI features; or use AimFive to violate school or College Board rules.

Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

AimFive Pro is an optional auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription. Current prices and any free-trial terms are shown before purchase. Unless canceled before the renewal or trial date shown at checkout, the subscription renews at the then-current price.

You can manage or cancel through the account or payment-provider controls associated with the purchase. Deleting an account does not automatically reverse a completed charge. Purchases and refunds are also subject to the payment provider's terms and applicable law.

Score-Lift Guarantee

Where the Score-Lift Guarantee is offered, eligibility and claim requirements are governed by the published Score-Lift Guarantee policy.

Content Ownership

AimFive-authored questions, prompts, explanations, software, and design remain the property of AimFive and may not be reproduced or sold without permission. Official materials linked from AimFive remain the property of their respective owners.

AI Feedback Disclaimer

AI grading and tutor responses are practice feedback, may contain errors, and are not official College Board scores or professional educational advice. Verify important information against official course materials.

Availability and Liability

AimFive is provided as available without a promise that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, AimFive is not liable for exam outcomes, indirect losses, or losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Termination

You may stop using AimFive at any time. We may suspend access that violates these terms, harms users, or threatens the service. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product or law changes. The latest revision date appears above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable United States law, without limiting any non-waivable consumer rights available where you live.
